Exchange Policy
Need a different size? We’ve got you.
You are eligible for an exchange if the product doesn’t fit as expected.
Exchange Window:
Within 4 DAYS from the date of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unused & unworn
- With original tags attached
- Packed in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
If your size is unavailable:
- Choose another product of the same value, or
- Opt for store credit (valid for 6 months)

📦 Return Eligibility
Return request must be raised within 24 HOURS of delivery.
Products must be:
- Unused & unworn
- With original tags and packaging intact
- Free from damage or signs of use
All returns go through a quality check before approval.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
🌍 International Returns
- Customers must arrange return shipping themselves
- Shipping costs are not covered by REYAAH

1. 100% Store Credit
- Full order value as store credit
- Lifetime validity
- Can be used on any future purchase
2. 95% Refund to Original Payment
- 5% deducted (shipping & handling)
- Processed to original payment method
Processing Time:
- Initiated within 7–10 business days
- May take 15–20 business days to reflect in your account

- Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch
- Cancellation is only possible before dispatch (processing stage).
