Exchange Policy

Need a different size? We’ve got you.

You are eligible for an exchange if the product doesn’t fit as expected.

Exchange Window:
Within  4 DAYS from the date of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unused & unworn
  • With original tags attached
  • Packed in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your size is unavailable:

  • Choose another product of the same value, or
  • Opt for store credit (valid for 6 months)

📦 Return Eligibility

Return request must be raised within 24 HOURS of delivery.

Products must be:

  • Unused & unworn
  • With original tags and packaging intact
  • Free from damage or signs of use

All returns go through a quality check before approval.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


🌍 International Returns

  • Customers must arrange return shipping themselves
  • Shipping costs are not covered by REYAAH

💳 Refund Options (After Approval)

1. 100% Store Credit

  • Full order value as store credit
  • Lifetime validity
  • Can be used on any future purchase

2. 95% Refund to Original Payment

  • 5% deducted (shipping & handling)
  • Processed to original payment method

Processing Time:

  • Initiated within 7–10 business days
  • May take 15–20 business days to reflect in your account

  • Mode of return: Self-shipping (customer bears cost)
  • Request must be raised before sending items back
  • Items sent without approval will not be accepted

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch
  • Cancellation is only possible before dispatch (processing stage).
